Hi, I’m Natalie Paul — but you can call me Nattie.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach, Executive Coach, and passionate guide for ambitious women who are ready to reclaim their energy, reconnect with their bodies, and create a life that truly reflects who they are.
With certifications from Northwestern University’s executive coaching program and Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s evidence-based nutrition program, I bring together science, soul, and strategy to help women move beyond burnout, fad diets, and “shoulds” — and into the healthiest, most vibrant version of themselves.
Before I became a coach, I lived many lives:
  - A professional dancer and BFA graduate from the University of Michigan.
  - A fashion designer and entrepreneur in New York.
  - A leader at Google, coaching high-performing teams.
All of these roles taught me one thing: transformation doesn’t start with discipline. It starts with vision.
That’s why my work blends whole-food, plant-forward nutrition with mindset coaching, habit rewiring, emotional support, and powerful visioning work. I help my clients not just eat better — but live better.

My Coaching Style

My clients often say that working with me feels both expansive and grounding. I help them see what’s possible — often before they can see it themselves — and then we map out a clear, strategic path to get there.

I have a deep ability to see patterns, identify what’s holding you back, and help you move through the clutter to what really matters. I’ll challenge you, support you, and hold space for the version of you that’s waiting to emerge.

I bring warmth, connection, and a genuine desire to know your story — your dreams, your fears, your strengths — because real transformation starts with trust. And as a lifelong learner and growth-minded woman myself, I’ll always be bringing new insights, tools, and strategies to help you stretch into the next version of your life.

This is high-touch, thoughtful coaching — rooted in purpose, built for women who are ready to evolve.

My Life Now

I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan with my husband and our two amazing kids. I'm a busy sports mom, a forever artist, and co-host of the podcast You Had Me At Healthy, where we talk health, wellness, Midwest life, and everything in between.

I've walked the road of stress, PCOS, diet culture, and disconnection — and I’ve found my way back through food, movement, mindset, and self-trust.

Now, I help women do the same — in a way that feels expansive, joyful, and totally authentic.

Let’s build the next version of you — one rooted in nourishment, energy, confidence, and the life you’ve always wanted to live.
